Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, offering assistance, and attending to their needs.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or meeting room, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Take responsibility for booking and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of meeting rooms, ensuring they meet high standards.
Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
Provide basic administrative assistance in-person, over the phone, and via email.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members, including any overflow work from the Personal Assistant (PA).
Support the Facilities Manager and other team members with overflow and administrative tasks.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.Requirements:

Proven work experience within a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional attitude and appearance, representing our client's organisation with excellence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
