Sales Negotiator Haringey

£18,000 - £25,000 + Com OTE £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance

5-day week - Monday - Thursday - 9am – 6:30pm, Friday – 9am – 6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 3pm

Driver with own car required

Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to work with their company in Haringey, this is a role that requires either a Junior or experienced member of staff. Your duties:

* Qualifying potential buyers

* Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties

* Arranging valuations of properties and winning new business.

* Viewing properties & negotiating offers

* Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers

* Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
