What You Will Do:

Lead the R&D strategy, working closely with sales, development teams, and external partners.
Manage project delivery, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.

Engage with academic and industry partners for the co-delivery of R&D objectives and commercial testing.
Prepare and present technical materials, reports, and product documentation.
Coordinate sales planning and product release with the wider team.
What You Will Bring:

A degree-level qualification and at least 3 years of experience in product/project management or R&D.
Proven ability to manage projects successfully, on time and to budget.
Experience in technology development or the agriculture/aquaculture sector is highly advantageous.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
