Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Delivery Driver based in Greenford, London. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dual capacity, balancing responsibilities between warehouse operations and delivery driving.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:

Efficiently manage and organise inventory in the warehouse.
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Prepare and package orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with stock-taking and inventory control procedures.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, in a safe and effective manner (training provided if necessary).Delivery Driving:

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Plan delivery routes effectively to maximise efficiency and reduce travel time.
Load and unload deliveries, ensuring products are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition.
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate delivery records and manage associated paperwork.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, maintained, and in good working order.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
Experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving is preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Punctual, reliable, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
