Up to £55,000 + Car / allowance

TSR are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor based in Nottingham who are now seeking a permanent Site Manager for Damp & Mould works.

Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, and team members.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a contractor in the social housing sector.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and ability to manage contractors and residents.
Qualifications -

SMSTS
CSCS
FIRST AID
ASBESTOS AWARENESS
