InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Advisor to join a manufacturing and distribution company based in Wednesbury on a temp to perm basis.
As a Technical Service Advisor you will provide technical support to customers, adding value in the delivery of the company’s sales and service targets.

The duties of the Technical Service Advisor will be:
Providing after sales technical support to customers on a daily basis
Providing technical support to external and internal teams
Supporting the UK and export customers
Maintaining customer service relating to design functioning within timeframes and company standards
Dealing with administration regarding technical manuals and price books
Providing assistance and advice regarding company products, plans, designs and quotes to managers and clients
Logging and raising quotes
Sending out drawings to clients for approval
Attending site visits
The ideal Technical Service Advisor will have:
Previous experience within a technical role
Experience within customer service
The ability to communicate with people of all levels
The salary for the Technical Service Advisor will be £13.74 per hour/ £25,000 per annum
The hours of work for the Technical Service Advisor are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
