Senior Neo4j AuraDB Developer

Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires an experienced Senior Neo4j AuraDB Developer to be based in their client's office in London, UK.

This is a hybrid role - you can work remotely in the UK and attend the London office 2-3 days per week.

This is a 5+ month temporary contract to start ASAP.

Day rate: Competitive Market rate.

The right candidate should have good Neo4j Aura DB graph database skills and strong hands-on experience on either NodeJS or C#. The Role will be responsible to work with the Engineering team in an Agile environment developing a large green field application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write Cypher Code and GraphQL
• Perform code review and implementing best practices
• Unit test, performance tuning and query optimisation
• Cypher code and queries
• GraphQL with best practices
• APOCs and other functional extensions
• Usage and/or extension of API's
• Load data into Neo4j through data integration and/or EAI
• Integrate Neo4j into other applications
• Performance tuning and optimisation of Neo4j Database and queries
• Enable client's team in Neo4j skills
• Develop ensuring that code quality and code coverage metrics are met
• Review PR
• Ensure no Tech Debt is accumulated
• Triage, troubleshoot and close Performance Testing issues/defects
• Close security and penetration issues

Key Requirements:

• Hands on experience for at least 4-5 years in Neo4j Graph database
• In depth experience in working with Neo4j's Aura DB
• Strong hands-on experience on either NodeJS or C# is a must
• Experience in working with Agile teams and participating in sprint ceremonies
• Experience in using tools like Azure ADO
• Good to have: working experience with Apollo GraphQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions App
