A successful IT Systems Manager should have:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in an IT Systems role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
A broad understanding and experience of SAP.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
