About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our consultancy team on a freelance basis. You will be providing essential support for a construction project focused on building a new warehouse facility in Enfield.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.

* Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

* Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on all health and safety matters.

* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.

* Investigate incidents and accidents, and produce detailed reports.

* Deliver health and safety training sessions to staff and contractors.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar Health & Safety Advisor role within the construction industry.

* Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

* NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.

* Immediate availability to start.
