QHSE Manager

Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Depending on experience

Benefits: 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increases by 1 day per year up to 26 days), life assurance 3x annual salary, free parking, tea/coffee provided, attendance bonus, long service awards, social gatherings

Duties to Include:

* Overall responsibility for the quality department and all aspects of health and safety for the company.

* Maintain quality accreditation, systems and processes.

* Assist in continuous improvement for all quality management processes.

* Ensure that product specifications and processes are clear and well communicated.

* Mentor and guide quality and production staff as needed to ensure compliance and quality standards.

* Maintain and develop the Quality Management System.

* Carry out inspections of final products to ensure consistency.

* Carry out regular 1-1s with direct reports relating to performance.

Skills/Experience Required:

* Training or Qualification in Quality.

* Experience working as part of a quality function within manufacturing.

* Leadership and project management skills

* Knowledge of Quality Assurance process and standards including ISO9000 & AS9100.
