Regional Facilities Manager - Facilities Management, Maintenance, Building Services - Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Regional Facilities Manager required by my client a leading organisation within the facilities management industry managing various sites in the Amsterdam area, Netherlands. This is a permanent position.
As a Regional Facilities Manager you will be responsible for operations of all facility management activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the Client throughout the region, achieving the Client's outsourcing objectives, consistency and risk management.
As a Regional Facilities Manager your daily duties will include:
Establishing and managing the service delivery team,
Assist the Client with the development of the property budgets and forecasts
Ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statuary requirements, and within the Health and safety guidelines.
Undertake the management and co-ordination of small projects across the portfolio of properties
Finance Management/Cost Control/Profitability
An experienced Regional Facilities Manager with a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in delivery on regional corporate facilities portfolios with the operational and financial skills required to effectively manage contracts
A good communicator with excellent management skills who is well organised, commercially astute and motivated.
Diligent and resourceful with an aptitude for attention to detail, set high expectations of quality and demonstrate an abundance of organisational and managerial ability.
