Part-Time
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory & Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a part time basis. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that their products meet the exceptional standards expected by the Royal family and you will work closely with the Production Manager. You will supervise a team that includes people with health conditions and disabilities, leading by example to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily production operations and managing materials and stock levels to keep production running smoothly. Your leadership will be hands-on, as you guide and support the team through the production process. You will also supervise warehouse operations, including taking a full part in manual handling activities, preparing raw materials for production, and packaging of goods for despatch.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading teams. You’ll need to be a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing both people and processes effectively. You’ll have strong IT skills, comfortable with MS office suite and stock control systems. Experience in working with diverse teams, including individuals with disabilities and neurodiverse conditions, will be particularly valuable, as will any experience with the Armed Forces community or in the charity or welfare sectors.
Familiarity with safe working practices is essential, and any additional qualifications, such as a NEBOSH Certificate or first aid training, would be advantageous.

They work to maintain an environment where the needs and aspirations of all employees are met, irrespective of characteristics protected under the legislative framework of the Equality Act 2010. They expect everyone to understand and accept their personal responsibility to recognise and value differences and the unique contributions that people make to the way that they deliver their work. As an equal opportunities employer their commitment is to take positive measures to recruit people from underrepresented groups, and they actively encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Please indicate in your covering letter if you wish to be considered under this scheme.
