Are you a technical sales manager looking to progress into senior management with the chance to become a board member?
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and contribute to the growth of our clients innovative HVAC solutions.
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business sales pipeline, supporting the senior management team, and collaborating with colleagues across Marketing, Product Development, and Service and Maintenance. You will play a key role in maintaining the existing client portfolio while seeking new business opportunities in line with strategic goals.

The Person:
Proven experience in engineering technical/sales roles.
Proficiency in Office 365 apps, AutoCAD, and relevant industry software.
Strong commercial awareness and networking skills.
Experience managing sales pipelines for a service provider.
Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.The Role:
Manage and oversee the business sales pipeline from initial contact to project completion.
Maintain and expand our existing client portfolio, while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure alignment with the business strategy.
Contribute to marketing efforts by providing technical content and insights
