Sewing Machinist

Job Type: Permanent, full time
Hours: 40-hour week, Monday – Friday (early finish fridays!)
Salary: £23,795

This role requires someone with a high attention to detail and strong machine experience.

Benefits:

3:30pm finish on Fridays
Parking onsite
Responsibilities for Sewing Machinist:

Read Factory Work Order to include “special instructions” and produce according to the specification
Ensure orders are complete prior to sending the product to the next workstation
Ensure that products being sewn follow a specific sewing instruction
Ensure work is being completed in correct priority order to Daily work schedule
Clarify with Production Supervisor any questions regarding work orders
Maintain a safe, clean work area, to include blowing down the machine and making minor preventative maintenance of machines
Requirements for Sewing Machinist:

High attention to detail
Strong sewing machine experience
Team orientated and can do attitude
Ability to continually lift up to 15kg throughout the day
Interviews being held immediately
