SDR Team Leader - Cyber Security - Relocate to Dublin!

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, a brand new opening has arisen for an SDR Team Leader/Manager to lead a team of six Sales Development Reps in a player-coach capacity from their Dublin office. A relocation allowance can be provided as this is a critical role in enabling the business to achieve continued growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead from the front generating leads, hunting new prospects and setting up meetings for your enterprise sales counterparts (this is a player-coach role)
  • Track and be accountable for overall team productivity
  • Recruit, onboard and build a team of top performing sales development reps
  • Coach, support and train your team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes
  • Work with your team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches
  • Inspire, lead and create a positive and high performance culture and sales environment
  • Own your teams metrics & performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and report upwards as appropriate.

About You

The successful SDR/BDR Team Lead will naturally have a proven aptitude for sales and high performance cultures and will most likely bring the following skills/experience:

  • Proven experience of over-achievement in a role such as SDR, BDR, ADR, Inside Sales or similar
  • Experience working for a cyber security vendor selling to enterprise customers would be beneficial as a senior member of the team.
  • Experience as a team leader/manager ideal, but we also welcome applications for experienced individuals with initial exposure to coaching, mentoring or training those around you
  • You are an advocate for numbers and metrics in managing a sales team and can intelligently identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to inspire trust and confidence in order to coach and develop your team
  • Passionate about delivering excellence and excited by the challenge of working for a business with ambitious growth targets
