A rapidly growing global Cost Consultancy is seeking an experienced Area Manager (Senior Commercial Manager) to lead their Cost Management team in Saudi Arabia.

The Role of the Area Manager:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Saudi operations, which includes managing fees and bid proposals, delegating tasks within the Quantity Surveying team, and fostering new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Supported by a capable team, the Area Manager will oversee the delivery of a wide range of high-profile projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* MRICS qualification

* Strong business acumen with a background in Quantity Surveying

* Experience in PQS, Cost Management, or Cost Consultancy

* Over 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in the Middle East

* Commercially driven and ambitious

* Strong team leadership and collaboration skills

* Excellent client-facing abilities
