Search Recruitment Group (SRG) Leeds is hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant to play an integral part in expanding our presence in the Accountancy & Finance market but what makes this opportunity so special?

What will you be doing as Senior Recruitment Consultant /Principal Recruitment Consultant:
* Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings)
* Talent generation and attracting candidates through posting job adverts, searching for CVs on job boards & our own internal database plus social media channels
* Screening candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates
