Ridgeway & Co and proud to be partnering with a leading tier one contractor in their search for a Civils Site Manager based on site in Poplar for a two month contract paying up to £350 per day
Working as a Civil Site Manager you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to infrastructure and environmental initiatives.
You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and professionals committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities for this role are;
Working and liaising with client’s and managers to ensure the job runs to programme.
Site Inductions
Daily Works & Hazard Briefings
Ordering Tools & Materials
Checking drawings for issues and changes
Instructing the labourers and skilled workers on site
Being responsible for health and safety on site (carrying out toolbox talks, inductions, ensuring correct PPE is worn)
Recording events on site in an electronic site diary
Emailing the clients and Operations managers to inform them of progress/issues on site
Electronic & Paperwork including RFI’s, Waste transfer, Stock Checks, check lists, inspections, etc
