As the customer service / spares coordinator you will be:

Handling between 6-10 daily inbound calls and answering customer emails: Fielding a steady stream of enquiries, resolving issues with a smile and a can-do attitude.
Chasing deliveries: Keeping track of orders and ensuring they arrive on time, providing updates and solutions when needed.
Providing quotes: Creating accurate and timely quotes for spare parts, helping customers find the perfect replacements.
Supporting the warehouse team: Collaborating closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfilment.
Working with Microsoft Dynamics: Utilise industry-leading software to manage customer data, orders, and inventory. What will the customer service / spares coordinator need to have?

Excellent communication skills: A clear and concise communicator who can build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Problem-solving abilities: A knack for finding creative solutions to challenges and exceeding customer expectations.
