CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED

£14-£15phr

Feltham HQ covering multiple sites in the Borough of Hounslow.

Van + Fuel Card Supplied

Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week – split shift can start at 4am some days

Working closely with the team the you will be responsible for the day to day cleaning within social housing environments.

Duties;

* Cleaning of site communal areas, void clearance and public walkways.

* Dusting, wall washing, sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, and counters.

* Hoovering carpets, and any other dusty surface.

* Operating mobile cleaning machine

* Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.

* Scrubbing and sanitising all relevant surfaces.

* Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.

* Assisting with void labourers clearing out furniture as and when required.

What you need to have:

* Determined ‘can-do’ attitude, positive views when faced with challenges and have a flexible approach towards hours and tasks.

* Excellent communication skills. An organised and confident person, who has previous experience cleaning and is required to join this fast paced, innovative organisation who is currently expanding.

* Physically fit and able to carry out duties that require, bending, pushing, lifting and handling equipment.
