About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing project costs from inception to completion, ensuring that all financial aspects are accurately tracked and reported. You will work closely with project managers to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, while maintaining contractual and legal compliance. You will manage the tendering and procurement process, securing the best value from subcontractors and suppliers. Additionally, you will assess project risks, handle contract administration, and provide financial advice to ensure project profitability. Regular monitoring and reporting on project costs and progress will also be key, helping to maintain transparency and control throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Experience:
3-5 years of experience, ideally in civil engineering or highways projects
Degree qualified (preferred, but not essential)
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
Experience in a main contracting environment (advantageous, but not mandatory)
Located within 1 hour from Hythe
