Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about finding the right talent? We’re looking for a dedicated Recruitment Office Assistant to support our growing recruitment team!
What You’ll Do:
* Use various platforms and tools to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess suitability for roles, ensuring a strong match with client needs.
* Maintain and organize a robust pipeline of candidates, keeping detailed records and ensuring regular communication.
* Work closely with Recruitment Consultants, providing essential support to help them place the best candidates in key roles.
