Property Manager – South West London (Ultra Prime portfolio) – Up to £52k basic + Bonus

We’re working with a long established, independent managing agent providing a traditional, resident focused block management service to ultra-prime RMC blocks in London.

Known for their impressive portfolio and staff retention (almost zero staff turnover), they are now looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

* Working strictly office based from SW London Monday – Friday 9am to 5.30pm

* 3-5 years committed block management experience essential, ATPI qualification desirable

* Long held, compact high quality portfolio made up of 7 Buildings / just under 500 units (most of which are within walking distance of the office) requiring an accountable, customer focused and thorough approach

* HNW / prominent residents requiring attention to detail and discretion

* Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to insurance and major works, with excellent in-house support from accounts and surveying team

* Stable career history essential, our client prides itself on continuity of service and expects the same level of commitment from its Property Managers

Salary for the successful Property Manager will start between £47-52k (rising with length of service and performance) plus bonus and pension.
