Are you passionate about education and making a positive impact on young minds? We are currently searching for a highly skilled and dedicated teacher to join our team for a 1:1 tuition role with primary aged pupils.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with primary aged pupils, fostering a love for learning in a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 tuition to primary aged pupils, ensuring their academic progress and personal development.
- Plan engaging lessons and activities that inspire curiosity and encourage independent thinking.
- Assess students' learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and set achievable goals.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to create a holistic learning experience for each student.
For this role you must have an enhanced DBS on the update service - if you do not have this you must be willing to apply for one through REESON Education.
