My esteemed client is looking for an experienced Business Support Lead to manage their small Business Support Team. Based in a historical building in Thame, you will be joining a company who are passionate about what they do, and approach their work in a collaborative and engaging manner. Starting in the UK, they have expanded across the globe, but are proud to have kept their family business feel. This is a full-time office-based position, with access to a private car park, and a short walk to the High Street. Key tasks
Managing the Business Support Team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Oversee facilities and office management, including associate onboarding
* Support professional proposals, reports and presentations from creation to maintenance
* Provide support for any project submissions
* Point of contact for internal and external calls for the office and offsite team
* Support website admin including maintenance and updates
* Continuously strive to develop your skills and knowledge
Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in office management
* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Suite knowledge
* Good team leadership skills
* Commercial and creative approach
* Personable, with an aptitude for building good relationships
* Ability to work under pressure, and manage personal workload
Beneficial:
* Professional qualification in IT or Administration
* Experience with Adobe InDesign
* Proof reading skills
