The Oracle CPQ Consultant at is a key player in driving client success through the effective implementation and management of Oracle CPQ solutions. This role involves leveraging Oracle CPQ expertise to design, configure, and deploy solutions that address complex business requirements and enhance sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Implementation: Lead the deployment of Oracle CPQ solutions from start to finish. Configure and customize the CPQ system to align with client needs, including setting up product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote templates.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase. Understand their business processes, identify challenges, and recommend solutions to optimize their CPQ capabilities.
• Customization & Integration: Tailor Oracle CPQ applications to meet specific client requirements. Integrate the CPQ system with existing CRM and ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure effective use of the Oracle CPQ system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Best Practices & Innovation: Stay current with the latest Oracle CPQ features and industry best practices. Propose and implement enhancements that drive additional value for clients and improve overall system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Oracle CPQ solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Consultative Skills: Strong ability to analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing CPQ implementation projects, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical and business challenges.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle CPQ are highly desirable.
