. To provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
. Assessing architecture and solution designs to support Allianz's objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices.
. Engaging with the stakeholders to design and build solutions built within the ServiceNow platform.
. To provide guidance on ServiceNow development best practices to stay OOTB.
. To perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementation, offering recommendations for improvements.
. To ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
