Lynx Recruitment are partnered with an exciting organisation in Ireland to help them secure a Customer Success Manager with management experience.

Ideally, this person will have 3-5 years' experience working as a Customer Success Manager and 1-2 years' experience with people management dealing with escalations.

Requirements:

- Be a Relationship focused CSM

- Experience acting as an escalation point for Project Managers

- Supply Chain/Logistics background highly beneficial

Customer Success Manager/Must be based in Ireland but is fully remote/£90,000-£100,000 + 8%-20% bonus
