Full Time Contract (4 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Pay and Reward Specialist in Oxford. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
* To lead or be involved in the development of innovative pay, benefits and reward projects
* To lead and develop pay benchmarking solutions, ensuring the organisation remains competitive within the pay market at median to upper quartile
* To build, develop, and lead a job evaluation panel drawn from shared resource across the organisation to ensure demand and outcomes are met
* To be responsible for the development of reward policies, procedures and practices that are fit for purpose, underpinned by effective governance and controls
* To oversee digital systems development, testing and implementation, relating to pay and reward, with internal colleagues and suppliers
The candidate:
* CIPD professional membership (Level 5 and above) and experience
* Detailed knowledge of employment and equalities legislation
* Pay and reward experience, including job sizing methodology / job evaluation schemes
* Experience working in a similar role in the public sector is desirable
