Tank have been engaged to recruit a Business Analyst/Process Owner on an initial 6 month contract for one of our key clients.

This role has gone through the CEST Tool and been deemed as Outside IR35. The role will be hybrid, with a few days per week required onsite in London.

This role will largely focus on an upgrade programme to D365 F&O. The organisation have a highly intricate finance operation, and prior experience with complex upgrades into D365 is essential.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with programme team and 3rd party SI's
Take an active role in design and architectural sessions
Complete fit/gap analysis
Working with the business and project team to fully elicit detailed requirements
Analysis of key business and systems processes
Work very closely with business units to fully understand requirements
Work with approaches such as BPM and TOGAF

Experience/Skills required:

Experience working in large scale enterprise application change programmes
Experience working in ERP and CRM system replacement programmes
Experience with complex D365 migration/upgrade programmes - essential
Familiarity with Power Platform
Very strong documentation and presentation skills
Strong business change experience and stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
