Role: Lead Full Stack Developer
Location: Hybrid (Brighton (2 days per week) and home)

Key Skills: Full stack development, C#/.Net, Azure, Agile processes. Hands-on Lead Developer who can manage a growing team of full stack Developers. Event driven development and Domain Driven design.

Summary: Our client is a high-profile organisation with a large IT function responsible for delivering consistently accurate, efficient, and quality based data services. This role will lead a team of full stack .Net Developers. Guiding, coaching and mentoring Developers as well as training the more junior Developer. Projects include:

Transforming applications into event-based architecture by applying domain driven design principles.
Building accessible cloud hosted websites
Refactoring applications

You need to be able to demonstrate:

Ability to work 1 to 2 days per week in Brighton
5+ years' experience developing clean and secure and well-tested code in .Net/C# with at least 1 years' experience in a Senior Developer role where you have coached and mentored mid-level Developers.
Experience in eventr driven architecture and somain driven design principles.
Proven ability to build accessible web applications in asp.net, MVC etc.
Strong RDBMS skills including SQL Server
Knowledge of appropriate software architecture patterns
Strong communications and collaboration skillsDesirable

Experience of Sitecore/Umbraco or similar CMS
Azure skills including Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus
Experience of Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines
