My Automotive Warranty client are looking for a Field Sales Account Manager to join them on a remote basis.
This is a great role for any one with Automotive experience either from a supplier standpoint (Finance/Warranty/Paint Protection) or who has dealership management experience.
The company are in their 14th year of trading and are growing year on year. They currently have 25 Account Managers in the UK and 10 internal account managers. You will be home based and spend 4 out of 5 days on the road visiting new and existing dealerships.
As an Account Manager, you will handle any accounts typically with 30 units or above. You will be out on the road developing new relationships and nurturing existing ones, whilst also training sales teams on products.
You will be trusted to plan your week to work in the best way possible. Once a month you will meet with the team at a monthly sales meeting, and your line manager will meet with you each week via TEAMs and will always be on hand to support you.
Your first month will consist of a weeks classroom training in their Head Office, and they will cover any over night stays for that week if needed. You will then spend a week shadowing colleagues, and then a week with your line manager. There is also an ongoing Account Manager Development Programme in place.
