QA Manager

Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester, we are looking to introduce a QA Manager into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market.

The main focus for this role is to provide technical, QC lead & support in quality management system for the plant in order to meet business requirement.

You will:

* Supervise the daily activities of lab technicians and support development related training whenever necessary.

* To ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment.

* Accountable for QC of all raw materials, in-process and finished products accordingly.

* To ensure sufficient inventory of lab chemicals and material available for final and in-process QC.

Requirements:

* Degree/Qualification - Chemistry or related

* Strong communication skills

* Experienced within Chemicals, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Manufacturing

* Experience with ISO14001 & ISO45001

* Exposure to SAP
