💼 Role Overview:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within an Agile team, responsible for analysing and documenting requirements and specifications. Your key responsibilities will include fostering strong relationships with both technology and business stakeholders, leading planning and requirements gathering sessions, and collaborating with teams across London and other regions.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and write requirements and specifications, including automated tests
Facilitate planning and requirements gathering sessions with the team and Operations partners
Support modern agile software development methods
Organise team routines and assist with project administration tasks
Manage stakeholders and facilitate effective communication with them
Articulate technical designs and business concepts
📝 Key Requirements:
Strong team player with excellent organisational and collaborative skills
Familiarity with securitized back-office core processes, ideally in the Settlements domain
Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Lean working principles
Basic understanding of code and interest in technology
Experience with Specification by Example preferred
Ability to challenge the status quo and think critically
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
