Position: Service Advisor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
* Accurately record customer concerns, service requirements, and vehicle details for service or repair.
* Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress, costs, and any additional work required.
* Provide clear explanations of service and repair options to customers, offering advice and recommendations as needed.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and care.
* Manage invoicing, payment processing, and relevant service documentation.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining regular contact and follow-up.
* Contribute to achieving department sales targets by promoting additional products and services.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
* Proficient in using automotive software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude, proactive approach, and team-player mentality
