Platinum Recruitment is working with an award winning Plant Hire company. This is an opportunity for a Qualified Plant Workshop Foreman to join their team.

Clear Progression Your responsibilities will include-

Overseeing the maintenance and repair of a variety of plant machniery.
Managing a team of technicians responsible for servicing and repairing of telehandlers and more. This involves assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion of work.
Ensuring that all maintenance and repair work meets the required standards of quality and safety
Provide support and mentoring for less experienced Plant Fitters.

Experience essential for this role -

Full UK Driving Licence is required
Must have previous experience working as a Workshop Foreman or Plant Fitter.
