Business Development Manager (Leading Paint Supplier)

Stockport (Hybrid)

£60,000 to £70,000 + Uncapped Bonuses (OTE £80,000+) + Company Car + Pension + Flexible Working

Are you a dynamic Business Development Manager` with experience in surface coatings or a similar industry, looking to join a global leader in the colour dispersions sector who drive strategic sales and have the chance to work with state-of-the-art facilities, while also enjoying flexible working arrangements?

They deliver customer-focused service and high-quality products across over 55 countries. In this role, the successful Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing and managing commercial relationships with new customers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and rebate schemes, and conducting sales forecasting and strategic planning. It includes monitoring profitability and implementing cost recovery strategies, collaborating with technical teams on product development, and preparing sales reports while also engaging in digital marketing activities.

This role would suit Business Development Manager or similar with experience in surface coatings or a similar industry, who is looking to join a nationwide company who prioritise their staff's learning, development, offering a structured routine which will give you the opportunity to progress.

THE ROLE:

Develop and manage commercial relationships with new customers

Extensive travel within the UK, Ireland, and Europe
