Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor:

Strong professional building surveying skills, i.e., party walls, dilapidations, TDD and reinstatement costs along with some contract admin experience
Experience of working within a consulting environment
Excellent client facing skills
MRICS Qualified
Salary - £45,000 - £50,000
