We are partnering with an Elite US Law Firm in their search for a Legal Biller/Legal Billing Assistant to join them on a temporary basis for at least 6 months. The role requires someone with Legal Billing and 3e experience.
Key responsibilities:
Time transfers and amendments to client/matter details
Producing draft bills, finalised bills and billing breakdowns in a multi-currency system
Arranging approval for write offs
Inputting client invoices into various ebilling platforms/systems
Ensuring all billing instructions and client billing details are updated on matter maintenance. In addition, ensuring all VAT information and contact information is correctTo be considered for this role you need to have legal billing experience and a confident user of 3e
