The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing new build commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing on-site activities, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, and maintaining effective communication with clients and contractors.
Package: Up to £55,000 + benefits (health insurance, company vehicle, pension scheme)

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure project plans are followed.
* Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
* Resolve any issues or delays on-site promptly.
* Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably within roofing.
* SMSTS
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation processes.
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
