Podcast Producer & Content Writer

Circa £40k (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (OFFICE ROLE ONLY) *Weekend work will be required for podcast filming with time back in lieu*

Our client, a fast-paced and high growth company, is the UK’s leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Celebrities build, grow and scale the business.

In this role, you will be researching the market and analysing competitors to help create compelling content and podcast scripts. You will then produce quality podcast and video productions as well as having a hand in social media posts (and more!) that captivate and engage with the clients audience.

You will be playing a crucial role in shaping the content strategy and bringing the clients personality to life and you’ll have the opportunity to influence the clients brand and help set the tone for their presence.

You’ll be a part of a major brand refresh, bringing unique visions to life and you’ll work with a talented creative team (and external agencies) to execute your work.

Key duties include:

* Researching the business coaching market as well as competitor activity.

* Analysing your findings and using the information to create exceptional podcast content.

* Writing content & producing the podcast and other videos inline with the brand direction.

* Bringing fresh ideas to the table, staying ahead of content trends and keeping the brand cutting-edge.

* Working closely with the marketing team, ensuring the clients brand voice is consistently represented across all channels.

* Following and implementing techniques for content optimisation (using relevant keywords).

* Develop and execute comprehensive content plans, that touches on web content, digital profiles and more.

* Handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines, maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Your background & skill:

* Proven experience within a similar role is essential.

* A background in TV, Video or Podcast production is key.

* Proven experience to write market leading content.

* Experience liaising with PR consultants and crafting press releases.

* Understanding of marketing principles and how content influences consumer behaviour.

* Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome content challenges.

* Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.

* Experience in developing and executing content strategies.

* Ability to create strategies for content writing.
