We are seeking a physically fit individual who owns a car, holds a valid driver’s license, and is eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have experience operating 360 excavators, and will find ample opportunities for skill development in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspections, repairs, and maintenance of assets, ensuring all tasks meet high standards.
Operate 360 excavators and dumpers safely and efficiently as part of routine and project-based tasks.
Collaborate closely with the scheduling team and management to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Provide daily feedback to assist in minimizing environmental compliance issues.
Offer technical support to customers and colleagues as needed.
Manage workload efficiently to maintain flexibility and productivity across various tasks.
Conduct a variety of duties, including meter installation, tank cleaning, and general site maintenance.
Experience and Skills Required:
Physically fit, with a car and valid driver’s license.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in asset maintenance, with a strong focus on ground and civil works.
Essential: Experience operating 360 excavators and dumpers.
Experience in civil works, plumbing, or similar fields is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
Ability to organize and plan work efficiently, with a flexible approach to changes in work arrangements.
Comfortable using a computer or smartphone for work-related tasks.
Willingness to travel nationwide and stay overnight for training as required.
Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team approach.
Qualifications:
Experience in O&M activities or working with water/sewage assets is an advantage.
Proficiency in safely using tools and equipment, particularly 360 excavators and dumpers.
