Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Agent to lead our team in the installation of a large site compound. The Site Agent will be responsible for managing the overall project, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the project team, including excavator and machine drivers

* Oversee the removal of vegetation and excavation works

* Ensure the installation of hard standing and palisade fencing is completed to high standards

* Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

* Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

* Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets

* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met

* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team

Requirements:

* Extensive experience as a Site Agent or similar role

* Strong leadership and management skills

* Excellent problem-solving abilities

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

* Valid certifications and qualifications relevant to the role

* Proficiency in project management software and tools

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Relevant Tickets/Certifications:

* CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

* First Aid at Work

* IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
