Credit Controller (6-month contract) x 2

Nottingham/Hybrid working
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Harper Recruitment Group are working with a leading apparel company who are looking for 2 Credit Controllers to support the credit function for initially 6 months.
If you have experience, that would be great but you don't need credit control experience; we will also consider outgoing candidates from a customer service or administration background. Training and support will be provided! The salary is dependent on experience.
Duties will include:
Chasing customers for aged debts using templates
Assisting with customer account reconciliation, including reaching out to customers and completing a tracker
Organising a shared mailbox to improve response time
Preparing and sending invoices and statements to customers
Processing SEPA mandates and setting up direct debit in customer master data
Assisting with the daily order releases via strict aged debt analysis and strict approval levels
Customer master data maintenance such as blocking accounts and amending payment terms
Setting up SEPA payment plans in SAP agreed between Controller and customer
Skills and Experience required
Experience in an office environment
Credit control experience is desirable
Good MS Office Excel skills
Great attention to detailThe successful candidate will be office based for 2 weeks of training then will move to hybrid working - 2 days working from home (Monday and Friday) and 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
