About the role: KS1 Teaching Assistant: As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with an experienced teacher to support students in Key Stage 1, focusing on those who are English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners. Your role will involve providing tailored interventions, helping students with language barriers to catch up with their peers, and building their confidence in the classroom. Your previous experience with EAL learners and knowledge of different languages will be a big plus! However, if you’re simply a compassionate, patient, and kind individual who can create a nurturing learning environment, we’d love to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys one-on-one work and has a gentle yet effective approach to helping children succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
