Challenge-trg Recruitment is looking for a full time Warehouse Operative for their well-known client in Northampton, NN4 9BX.

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

06:00am until 14:00pm | 13:00pm until 21:00pm | 22:00pm until 06:00am

Pay rate as Warehouse Operative:

AM shift: (06:00am to 14:00pm) -> £13.00p/h
PM shift: (14:00pm to 22:00pm) -> £15.20p/h
Night shift: (22:00pm to 06:00am) -> £16.20p/h
OT: 1.5xbasic rate paid after 160 hours accrued in 4 weeks period (paid monthly)Duties and Responsibilities:

Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness
Using MHEExperience, skills, attributes and the person:

Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
Motivated and committed
Driven with high personal standards
Ability to meet targets within set timescales
The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information

Payment will increase with £1/h after 12 weeks (probation period)
