SENIOR FIRE RISK ASSESSOR LEVEL 3 REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL FIRE AND SECURITY SERVICES COMPANY

TITLE: SENIOR FIRE RISK ASSESSOR - FIRE SAFETY AND RISK MANAGEMENT

SALARY:
£50,000 - £55,000 DOE + Bonus
Company Vehicle (with fuel card)
Pension and Paid Events
25 Days Holiday per year plus bank holidays
Additional leave (1 extra day awarded after every 2 full years worked)

Hours:

* Monday to Friday, based on a 40-hour working week (Flexibility will be required)

* Location: You may be located in Oxford, Didcot, Wantage and surrounding area's to cover the M4 corridor

Role:
SENIOR FIRE RISK ASSESSOR - FIRE SAFETY AND RISK MANAGEMENT

* You will be responsible for conducting thorough and detailed Fire Risk Assessments across various sectors, including commercial, residential, care, and education. Your role will involve producing technical reports, recommending remedial actions, identifying hazards and associated risks, and offering guidance to mitigate these risks to acceptable levels. Additionally, you will assist clients in navigating statutory requirements to ensure compliance and provide ongoing technical support

* The role involves traveling to cover Southern England

Experience:
SENIOR FIRE RISK ASSESSOR - FIRE SAFETY AND RISK MANAGEMENT

* Ideally you will have 3 years of experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments

* You must have a Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor qualification or hold a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment

* You must be familiar with PAS 79

* You must have a comprehensive idea of BAFE standards

* A UK Driver’s License is essential

* You should be happy with traveling frequently as part of the role

* IFE, IFSM, FPA Accreditation is beneficial

* Fire Door Inspection qualification desirable
