Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Luton
Job Description: Working for a Major Contractor who are seeking experienced Electrical Project Manager on an 18 month contract on an £37m Infrastructure project based in Luton.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing electrical projects, specifically within major car park developments. This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of major car park development projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
Proven experience working on major car park developments an advantage
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software
