A leader in the Defence cybersecurity industry, is seeking a dedicated Hardware Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is integral to enhancing our hardware solutions and ensuring high performance and security across all our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and implementing hardware solutions
Conducting detailed hardware requirements analysis and feasibility studies
Collaborating with software developers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components
Performing hardware testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation
Providing technical support and consultancy to clients on hardware solutions
Documenting hardware designs, processes, and standards
Tracking and evaluating new technologies to recommend innovative solutions
Ensuring all hardware components meet security protocols and industry standards

Job Requirements:

Experience in hardware design and development
Strong knowledge of hardware components and systems
Proficiency in hardware testing and troubleshooting techniques
Understanding of cybersecurity principles related to hardware
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
