Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

* Managing subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

* Coordinating with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.

* Monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules, with regular reporting to a Roaming Project Manager.

* Resolving any on-site issues proactively, maintaining smooth site operations.

* Ensuring all site documentation is accurate and up-to-date, utilizing IT systems efficiently.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in main contracting, particularly in luxury residential projects.

* Strong IT skills, with the ability to manage digital site documentation.
